These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PatientCatch service, operated by JCITPROVIDER ("JCITPROVIDER," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service — including by calling a phone line answered by PatientCatch, or by contracting with us as a medical practice — you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PatientCatch is an AI-based phone answering and scheduling service that medical practices use to manage incoming calls, appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations. JCITPROVIDER provides this Service to practices under a separate service agreement; these Terms describe the general terms of use for both practices and callers interacting with the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Practices that engage JCITPROVIDER to use PatientCatch must have the authority to do so on behalf of their organization. Callers interacting with PatientCatch are not required to create an account; calling a line served by the Service constitutes use of the Service for purposes of these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Provide false identifying information with the intent to access another person's appointment or health information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems it relies on
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. Messaging
If you provide a mobile number, you may receive SMS messages related to appointment confirmations or reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly.
5. No medical advice
PatientCatch is a scheduling and call-handling tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For medical emergencies, always call 911 or your local emergency number.
6. Appointments are managed by your practice
Appointments booked, changed, or cancelled through PatientCatch are managed on behalf of, and ultimately controlled by, the medical practice you are calling. JCITPROVIDER facilitates this process but is not the provider of your medical care.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. From time to time the Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. JCITPROVIDER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
